When is the right time?
The best time for a maternity photoshoot is between the 32nd and 35th week of pregnancy. At this stage, your belly is already beautifully visible, and you feel comfortable, beautiful, and fit enough to fully enjoy the photoshoot.

How do I prepare for the photoshoot?
Ich empfehle, dass Du Dich schminkst und Deine Haare stylst. Gerne auch ein bisschen mehr als sonst. Gerne stelle ich einen Kontakt zu einer lieben Visagistin her. Sprich mich gerne hierzu an. Außerdem bitte ich Dich, auf Deine Fingernägel und Fußnägel zu achten, da man diese auf den Fotos sieht. Trage bitte, wenn wir Fotos mit Tüchern oder nacktem Bauch machen wollen, keine engen Sachen, wie Strumpfhosen, da diese Abdrücke auf der Haut hinterlassen. Besorge Dir bitte passende nudefarbene Unterwäsche - am besten ohne Träger. Das passt dann unter alle Kleider und man sieht keine Unterwäsche. Weiß wäre auch in Ordnung.

Or take a look at their latest photos on Instagram and Facebook. However, if you scroll down too far, you might find yourself liking photos that no longer reflect the photographer's style. It can feel strange for photographers when you choose them but want completely different images of yourself than their style suggests. Of course, Pinterest images are welcome to give you an idea of what you're looking for. But please keep in mind that the photographer you choose will use a different approach, equipment, and lighting, and—equally important—you are a different person than the person in the photos.
